Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: To book a honeymoon package, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide accurate and complete information.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the departure date. Full payment is required for bookings made within 15 days of the departure date.
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and you receive a confirmation email from us.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- 30 days before departure: 25% of the total cost
- 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost
- Less than 15 days: 90% of the total cost
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving your cancellation request. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for a later date.
User Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and customs of the countries you are visiting.
Service Modifications
- Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary or accommodations if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
- Changes by You: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply.
Liability
- Third-Party Services: We are not liable for any acts, omissions or errors of third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels and transportation companies.
- Travel Delays: We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations or other issues related to your travel arrangements.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war or civil unrest.
Intellectual Property

Governing Law
