     • Remaining balance due 15 days before departure.
     • Full payment required for bookings made within 15 days of departure.
   • Confirmation: Booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment and send you a confirmation email.
2. User Responsibilities:

   • Travel Documents: Obtain and carry all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
   • Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and customs of the countries you are visiting.
3. Service Modifications:
   • Changes by Us: We may make changes to your itinerary or accommodations due to circumstances beyond our control, notifying you of significant changes as soon as possible.
   • Changes by You: Contact us if you wish to make changes to your booking. Additional charges may apply.

   • Travel Delays: We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other issues related to your travel arrangements.
