Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Plan My Honeymoon are committed to providing you with the best travel experience. However, by booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and liability. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness and protection for all parties involved, including our partners and service providers.

1. General Booking & Payment Terms

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon 100% advance payment.
  • In case of flight tickets and visa services, PMH acts as a facilitator/mediator and not as the service provider. Hence, PMH shall not be liable for any loss, change or delay caused by airlines or embassies.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to check all travel documents, hotel standards, itinerary and inclusions before confirming.

2. Cancellations by the Client

  • All cancellations must be sent via email only to be considered valid.
  • Refunds, if any, will be strictly as per the terms of the hotel, DMC or service provider and PMH will deduct processing/administrative charges as applicable.
  • The refund, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive confirmation from our suppliers.

Standard Deduction Guidelines (Subject to partner policies):

  • 30+ days before travel: Up to 25% of package cost
  • 15–29 days before travel: Up to 50% of package cost
  • Less than 15 days: Up to 90–100% of package cost

Notes: These are general guidelines. Final deductions may vary depending on the policies of third-party providers.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

PMH will not offer any refund in the following cases:

  • If the client misses or delays their flight/train, regardless of who booked it.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • Issues caused due to flight rescheduling, weather disruptions, or other acts of God.
  • Unused services or unutilized inclusions due to personal choices.
  • Change in travel plans after confirmation or check-in.

4. Hotels & Service Quality

  • PMH does not own or operate any hotels or on-ground services. We are booking facilitators only.
  • Hotel ratings and reviews are provided via third-party sources and are not guaranteed by PMH.
  • If clients face issues with the hotel, PMH will assist by coordinating with the hotel or partner but does not hold responsibility for service quality or experiences.
  • Clients are advised to thoroughly research hotels and request alternatives before booking is finalized.

5. Flight Delays, Missed Flights & Responsibility

  • PMH is not responsible for any loss due to missed or delayed flights, visa rejections, or immigration issues.
  • If the itinerary is affected due to a missed flight, the trip will continue as planned, and no refunds or adjustments shall be provided.

6. Force Majeure / Natural Disasters

  • PMH shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes in travel caused by natural calamities, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be extended if our partners agree. We will always try to negotiate the best possible outcome for you, but we cannot be held responsible.

7. Change or Cancellation by PMH

In rare cases, if we are forced to cancel or significantly modify your trip due to factors beyond our control:

  • We will offer alternate travel dates or services, if available.
  • Or, provide a partial or full refund, only if recoverable from our partners.
  • Our liability will always be limited to the amount paid to us and shall not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Jurisdiction & Legal

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan only.
